If you were wondering how that driveway patch has been holding up so far, I’m happy to report that it’s been fabulous, cat prints and all.
We’ve had plenty of snow this winter, and its been so much easier and smoother to push the shovel along the driveway this year.
I already feel like it was worth the time (20-25 hours of labor) and money ($100-$200 for supplies) we spent last fall resurfacing our driveway. If it lasts up for the 5-10 years we are hoping it will, then it will really have been a worthwhile home improvement job.
I have noticed that there’s one spot that has chipped off a bit, but its right where we first started working, so I think we just didn’t have the patch mixed right or didn’t apply it quite right in the beginning. It’s quite minor and on the edge so I’m not worried about it at all.
Have a great weekend!
